This piece is a reflective essay written for LEAD 260. I discuss how my leadership philosophy evolved, focusing on collaboration, emotional intelligence, and transformational leadership. I introduce my personal leadership model, highlight key traits, and outline plans to improve cultural competency and service-mindedness, both which were highlighted in my PDP. I conclude with my growth and future goals, including earning a Leadership Certificate and Leadership Studies Minor.
