My Definition of Leadership

Leadership is a set of skills that can be learned. While traits like extroversion or charisma can help, true leadership requires a conscious effort to develop those abilities. It is a collaboration between leader and follower, where both work together toward a shared goal. To succeed, a leader must consider the follower’s feedback and emotions to maintain motivation and focus. My two core values, appreciation and personal growth, are deeply connected to this. I show appreciation to those I lead, which helps build mutual respect, and my focus on growth pushes me to keep improving. For these reasons, I am excited to continue building my skills and learning along the way.
